The Priceville Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Priceville has set three public hearings on December 16, 2024 to hear the following:

  1. The Tune Trust:  rezone from R-1, Low Density Residential to R-2, Low Density Residential Rezone – Tune_ R-1 to R-2
  2. Billy Tom & Brenda Kaye Blankenship:  rezone A-1, Agricultural to A-1-R, Agricultural Residential Rezone – Blankenship_ A-1 to A-1-R
  3. A resubdivision of Tract C-1, A resubdivision of Tract C of Bakers Farm Replat – Baker C-1
